I am selling my Katana and want to reset everything. Does anyone know how?

Two ways.
1. Go to menu then security. The security password is the last four of your phone # and it should have a reset option and erase options.
2. Dial ##786#. Then reset device, you will need your MSL so call customer care at 877-349-4413.
