Question by : Halloween costume ideas for a long black dress?
I am looking for a Halloween costume ideas for adapting a long black dress that goes down to my ankles. It has a v-neck and a silver buckle at the end of the v. All I can think of is a witch and was wondering if anyone has other ideas.
